The withdrawal process is terrible; they leave them in pending status and never arrive in the account. It's a scam. It's unacceptable that they tell you to split the withdrawal into smaller amounts for the system to work properly when they themselves say you can withdraw from 10,000 to 4,500,000 Chilean pesos, and I'm only withdrawing 410,000 Chilean pesos. They only let you deposit and play, but they don't let you withdraw winnings, so it's a scam. I'm giving them the winnings, but I'm going to post them on all my social media. My sister is a social media influencer so they don't scam other people. I lost about 50,000 pesos, but it doesn't matter; only God knows.
Since this is a fairly new casino on our website, it’s great that we’re getting some firsthand information from you.
From what I can see, the main issue is the withdrawal process. Sometimes casinos ask players to split larger withdrawals into smaller amounts. If they have a withdrawal limit, that doesn’t necessarily mean they won’t pay you—it may just mean they need to process the withdrawals separately.
If I had won the money fairly, I would definitely want to receive it, and I wouldn’t just give up. So don’t lose hope, and don’t gamble with those funds. Follow the casino’s instructions and be patient. If there’s no valid reason why you shouldn’t receive your winnings, then I wouldn’t give up.
A casino isn’t necessarily a scam just because it asks you to do something like this. I’ve seen similar situations many times before, and if following their instructions helps move the withdrawal process forward, I would do as they ask.
Also, we give to casinos 14 days for resolving this kind of process, so if they won't do it, you can ask for help at our complaint center.
