If you want to discuss anything related to Winota Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
I deposited 25 euros at winota this morning via trustly. Unfortunately, the money has not yet been booked. They couldn't or wouldn't explain it properly. There was only a standard answer I should wait. Since this has never happened to me in any other casino, with trustly, it struck me as a bit strange. I looked at Google for reviews and really found which ones where the same thing happened at winota. The money never appeared and nothing more came from winota. I also only deposited because I mostly rely on guru for how the casino is rated. Has anyone else had such experiences and what did they do about it?
It probably happened, because there are technical issues between Trustly and the casino. I'd probably wait a week and keep asking the casino about the current state. If the money doesn't reach your casino account or don't come back to your bank account, you may also try contacting Trustly on your own to speed up the process. If everything fails, then you should be able to provide a proof from your internet banking, showing the casino that the money is gone. In that case, the casino should refund you the deposit.
Hi there,
Yes, they wrote to me that the finance department is working on it and trustly is already informed. To be honest, I just can't believe it, just because I've already read such reviews with the same case. At the same time, however, they write to me that I could still look around for new games on their website. But I don’t pay anywhere where my money doesn’t get there. I've also sent a screenshot that it was debited from my bank account. I have already written to Trustly myself, unfortunately there was only one contact form that I then sent. Is there no email from trustly?
I found an email address that is used for "Global" customer. You may give it a try: us.support@trustly.com
and of course, don't make any further deposits if the previous one failed and the money is lost for now
Hello Daniel, thank you very much for that. I just saw that I got the payment back from trustly. Whether it was because I wrote trustly myself or whether the casino arranged it, I don't know. Because nothing more came from the casino itself. For me it is clear that I no longer want to deposit there, even if the casino is rated very good here. Thanks again for the answers 🙂
