If they gave everyone FS even if the review wasn't 4,5*, then there wouldn't be a problem, but encouraging players that it has to be good only gives the impression that they want to artificially increase their user feedback on our site, which isn't fair.

In the Netherlands it’s usual not to have a max amount of winnings of the (deposit) bonus. At Winorio, they cutted my winnings because of their T&C’s. In their T&C’s it’s written that the max amount of bonus is 10x the bonus amount. So, €75 additional bonus is max payout €750.
I cashed €1000 and from the leftovers, I continued to play. From that amount I’ve made €2500. Apparently I breached their T&C’s. I am thinking: Casino is based on luck. There is no 100% guarantee that you will receive the money back. So with that in my mind, I was shocked they took the winnings of my balance.
Yes, according to what you described, many bonuses are as you describe. But if this is not supposed to be the case in your country, is there a possibility to report it somewhere? I would be interested to know if someone would then deal with such a case and the casino would have to change its terms.
