On week 11 now . No payment same old excuses . Tried to find who they are linked with so I can complain . Seems they are not linked to anyone . This is madness . Is there anything I can do to actually get my money ? Or is it time to just give up ? . Messaged them everyday and get the old same boring reply . Has anyone actually got their money ? Or am I just ranting for no reason again haha

I checked your complaint to find that it has been updated recently:

It's not the best licensing authority but it might have more options and tools to help players. Let me know how they replied (michal.k@casino.guru).

So far the casino hasn't been responsive to me, but I will keep on trying"

I'm just wondering now, have you any idea why your withdrawal is so delayed? Are you in touch with the casino?

As far as I get it, you were only advised via their live chat to wait for the financial department, right?

I hope the casino will join your complaint, the time is getting short. 🤞

Yes my only contact is via live chat, they apologize for the delay and say wait a little longer for a response from the finance department, so we will see how long it take

Update on my payment . Waited 3 months for this to get declined as there was people committing fraud and they emailed saying "if this is wrong please withdraw again " so I withdraw, it took around a week and a half to get my payment , there has been a lot of stuff going on as people keep making accounts and trying to scam the website I was told so they was doing extra steps for there payments and stuff . Glad I’ve finally got this . Just gives the people hope that have been waiting ages . I would say cancel your withdrawal if you’ve been waiting more than 8/9 weeks and make the withdrawal again as they will decline it after 90 days anyways .
