That seems to be the case—the only real problem is with the weekly bonuses. I’ve made a deposit to claim the bonus several times, but I’ve never received it immediately. Usually, I have to contact support, and I only get the bonus after about two days.

I guess it's not a very convenient process. Is this bonus meant to be unlocked or assigned to you automatically upon a related deposit? Two days for activating the weekly bonus, which is almost one-third of the expected duration.
