You took a deposit bonus, but the casino said it was a NO DEPOSIT bonus? Sounds really weird because it's nearly impossible any casino makes such mistake, to me it sounds like they simply didn't want to pay you the winnings for the bonus you took and had to change it to another type of bonus to change completely the rules and void winnings, even that is incredibly strange, when a shady casino wants to void winnings from a bonus they come with many excuses but this one is new to me, if I give them the benefit of doubt I could say it was a malfunction on their behalf and they are seeing one bonus when it's actually another. thanks for the info i took a deposit bonus the wagering requirements were 35x wagering i did that with a deposit of 20 euros and plus bonus 16.50 it was 36.50 with the amount i won 600 this amount was unlocked for payout after the 496 withdrawals were deducted from me, only 84 were left to me. That is the amount I deposited in 4 deposits. They didn’t give me deposit conditions, but no limit conditions. That’s right, you get a maximum of 5 times the bonus, but for me it was a deposit bonus.
I want to think this was a malfunction on their behalf, you took one bonus and for some glitch/bug they saw a no deposit bonus, ask support and if they fail to explain and pay you the winnings then file a complaint
