Hello, the casino has confirmed a refund of my deposits, as my self-exclusion request was not processed in time.
I deposited a total of €800 via Revolut, which I received. I also deposited a further €990 via crypto.
Now I'm suddenly being told that the casino's finance department allegedly said that refunds cannot be processed via crypto.
That's complete nonsense, of course, since you can send crypto manually as normal. I also offered the casino the option of crediting the remaining €990 to my casino balance, and I'll make a manual withdrawal.
Can someone help me get the rest of the money?
Hallo, das Casino hat mir eine Rückerstattung meiner Einzahlungen bestätigt, da mein Antrag auf Selbst Ausschluss nicht fristgerecht bearbeitet wurde.
Ich habe insgesamt 800 € über Revolut eingezahlt, diese habe ich erhalten. Weitere 990 € habe ich über Krypto eingezahlt.
Jetzt wird mir plötzlich gesagt, dass die Finanzabteilung des Casinos angeblich sagte, man könne keine Rückerstattung über Krypto durchführen.
Das ist natürlich totaler Quatsch, da man ganz normal manuell Krypto senden kann. Ich habe dem Casino auch angeboten, dass es die verbleibenden 990 € auf meine Casino Balance buchen kann und ich mache eine manuelle Auszahlung.
kann mir jemand helfen, das restliche Geld zu erhalten?
