If you open the chat with a VPN connection, you can still talk to support, but as soon as they notice that it's about a pending withdrawal, you're kicked out immediately.


I turned to the alleged licensing authority "Antillephone", but their answer was clear:


"We have no relationship with this website. The certificate or seal they use is manufactured and therewith fraudulent and intended to mislead the visitors. We recommend that you refrain from further dealing with this charlatan organization."
