I am so frustrated because on 21 September I received a $60 free chip from Winport casino I played their wager through Max cash out was $100 not only have I waited over two weeks to get verified they’re rude on the phone and now I was just told today That I bet to Bets that we’re not in compliance mind you it was the last two bets never once in my life have I ever bet $100 or $82 I didn’t even know you could bet that high on a slot machine which has intern disqualified me for my cash out on their stupid free bonus . Also on my no deposit bonus I had to make a $30 deposit this is highlyridiculous

Also after I tried to withdraw my max cash out of $100 when they told me I needed to deposit $30 on a no deposit bonus I was supposed to be awarded 300 spins I deposited the $30 by the time they got it through Vic bitcoin it was 27 but my deposit was 30 they did not honor the 300 spins

This maximum bet rule is pretty standard and I'd say that 99% of free bonuses are "limited" by this rule.

As I can see you have broken this rule twice, well I would say that you did not do it intentionally and the casino can always show some sort of goodwill in such cases. Still, keep this rule in mind, please.

Another point is that you need to deposit to withdraw, well, this is also pretty common. The minimal deposit allows the casino to verify your payment method and put it into the system. I dare to say that you have to make a deposit every time you opt for a payment option you have never used before.
