Yes, I've had the same problem since the middle of last year, but not directly with King Billy but with everyone else too... I suspect it has something to do with the rule changes.

Quoting here: "If you want to obey the new German gambling law, then lowering the RTP is the only way to go. The casinos usually made 4% from every spin (on average). Then your government said they need to pay over 5% tax from every spin so they'd lose money on every single spin if they didn't lower the RTP.
