They just said they can't process a withdrawal at the moment as they have a problem with the system. But that was solved by evening. My withdrawal was approved and was in my account the next day. Think it's great that there are still such casinos where you don't have to think about whether they pay out or not. Now I've discovered a negative point. I actually only play in casinos where I can set the deposit limit myself, which is also possible here. You can only delete the limit in such a way that it is immediately active again and you can deposit again immediately. That's why I use the time-out option, which you can choose from 1 day, 7 days, 2 weeks or 6 weeks. But all in all a really great casino.

I urgently need advice and would also like to warn against Wettenlive.
Here's what happened:
The password reset isn't working. No matter how many times I try, nothing happens, or it simply doesn't work. So I contacted support, expecting them to help me with the technical details.
Instead, without any further examination, the demand came immediately that I should
send my identity card
plus a photo of my face with my ID next to it
by email (!).
That alone I find highly questionable. Nevertheless, I cooperated, but I redacted my ID number because I consider it absolutely negligent to send such sensitive data unprotected via email to any support department.
Support response: Not accepted.
They wanted the ID card unredacted.
Honestly:
👉 A broken password reset and the first step being taken is to request complete ID data?
👉 No alternative route, no secure verification, nothing?
To me, that sounds like a scam and not a legitimate KYC process.
I then clearly wrote that I:
Do not send unredacted documents by email.
I would like to close my account
I want my credit balance paid out
Since then: complete radio silence.
No further response. Nothing at all.
In summary:
Password reset broken
Immediate demand for highly sensitive documents
Redacted data will be rejected outright.
no further response to payment and closure requests
This strikes me as highly unprofessional, and I seriously wonder if they are trying to pressure users with ID requests or delay payouts.
My questions for you:
Has anyone had similar experiences with live betting?
Is this procedure even permissible?
What steps would you advise me to take (licensing authority, payment provider, class action lawsuit, etc.)?
I am grateful for any advice — and hope that this post will at least make others cautious.
The case has been solved.
Today I deposited 4 x 100 Euros.
Unfortunately, not much happened. The stake doubled once, then dropped again.
Support was always polite.
