I took a welcome bonus, made my deposit, and everything was fine. I placed my bet, met the rollover requirements, and in the end, they paid me out perfectly. For that reason, I made a second deposit, taking a second bonus. I deposited; it was a 100% bonus, but they only gave me 50%. I complained in the chat, and they added the missing 50%. Everything was fine up to that point. The terms and conditions stated that you could only win 3 times the bonus amount, and since in this case it was 500, the maximum was 1500. As soon as I finished the rollover, I had a little over 2000, and I was aware that they would deduct up to 1500, which was 3 times the bonus, but no, they only left 750 in the account. When I complained in the chat, they told me that everything was fine, that there was no problem. I wrote to them repeatedly by email, and even after 5 attempts, they still replied saying that everything was fine. In the chat, I went back for an answer and they told me they would close my account because I tried to scam them. From there they closed the chat and I can no longer communicate with them. I wrote to their email but they only replied that my account was closed, nothing more. They don't even want to return my deposit, which I at least asked for because that's my money. They don't respond to me at all.
