Game crashes and delayed payouts are definitely valid reasons to avoid a casino, especially if support isn’t helping resolve the issues. That said, I’d separate the technical/payment problems from "there’s no chance of winning," because losing streaks alone don’t necessarily mean the games are rigged.
But if a site constantly has errors, slow withdrawals, vague responses from support, or keeps players waiting days without updates, that’s enough to damage trust regardless of RTP or licensing. Reliability matters just as much as bonuses or game selection these days.
A loss of €30,000 has nothing to do with bad luck. You receive a bonus, but you have to reach an incredible sum of €50,000 before a payout is even possible.
Hello, if I got it correctly, you are describing experiences with this casino: https://casino.guru/vox-casino-review. Am I close, please? I understand gambling should be fun, but let's say a few things, if you do not mind.
Technical glitches may not always come from the casino but also from the game provider or overall internet strength during problematic sessions, so would you say it happens while playing specific games from certain providers, or is every game you tried lagging, perhaps?
To me it seems the main issue lies somewhere between higher wagering requirements and losses, which may not be favorable but, on the other hand, can be avoided, I reckon. Just do not take the bonus if you do not find it good enough. Did you check out the bonus terms before it was taken, maybe? Or was it granted automatically? Can the player cancel it?
However, losses are a completely different part; the more you play, the more you lose so given the amount you mentioned, I guess you play quite a lot. RTP math says that every game with RTP below 100% means loss in the future. I'm just saying that losing combined with a poor bonus is not very convincing, but both are choices in most occasions. 🙂
Hello and welcome back. Can you perhaps also mention why the casino decided not to provide you with this bonus? I mean, I understand your feelings, but there is not much to gather from your information.
Do NOT deposit - "Final review" means you lose your money
I deposited and won €4,000. After completing full KYC, VoxCasino closed my case with "final review - no evidence".
There was no rule violation from my side. No bonus abuse, no duplicate account. They simply refused to pay and called it a "final decision".
Support provided zero proof of any "violation". No transaction logs, no game logs. Only copy-paste replies and then closed the ticket.
I can see I’m one of many open complaints here about delayed payments and accounts closed without reason. The 8.8 Safety Index does not match the player experience.
Warning: If you win a big amount, expect the same. "Final review" means your money is gone.
Hello, so at least we now know that your post is about https://casino.guru/vox-casino-review 👈. Thank you.
I'm sorry, of course, that the casino decided to confiscate your money. Mind you, the Safety Index however is automatically adjusted just once or twice per week, so perhaps there is a delay.
I understand that the Index does not correspond to your personal experiences from your point of view, well, it usually happens with a few first unresolved complaints. As you can see the casino is penalized by the blackpoints and it can be that for bigger international casinos it takes more than a few unfairly confiscated winnings to say that they do not pay the majority of disputed amounts.
But I get where your frustration comes from, of course. Thank you for the fair warning to the community.
