Hi, nobody deleted your post, I think it was moved under the casino you wrote about. Do I remember correctly that it was for Alf Casino ?

Please note, this is a very important information about Rabidi!

Against this company a bankruptcy case was filed at the court! I got that information and have evidence too.

Currently it is not clear if this company still exists in a few weeks.

Players should be very careful.

Hello,

I am not able to share that evidence with you (confidential), but as far as I know a lawyer from Curaçao filed that case against Rabidi N.V.: Roelof Bijkerk

Maybe you can contact him to find out.

There are for sure other players with claims around the world and especially in Europe.

So everyone is interested to know how to proceed..

Many people want to know what happens with their claims, people want to know if Rabidi has lost their License, and what’s about the fake games, that has been reported to Casino Guru long time ago. I always hear that you gave informations to your data team.

But there is no final information from outcomes, the Casinos from Rabidi are still listed on your website with very good ratings.

What happens here?

Hello, unless we find solid proof something is wrong, the ratings remain. You know, you can be accused of many things, but unless you're found guilty, it is just a process.

Feel free to keep up with our data team:

the problems/issues are much more extensive! @Radka:

  1. my complaint is open since July 4th. I have personally never seen/received a statement from the game provider. Furthermore it‘s ridiculous to need 3 months. Even on their on wrong bookings, I have never received an answer.
  2. If they have the power to do whatever they want…, without any rules/regulations (or a license based on protection of this business) - a independent platform should be transparent to the players.
  3. There are so many complaints - solved or not - this speaks for itself. Do you know any other business which has more complaints than black jack card set per month? Not even counting all the unknown…

I think its your duty to share the developments on Rabidi and do as well your own research

I think you used an improper word. Since all these services are for free I would restrain from "duty" 🙂.

Be sure that once your complaint is done, the outcome will be considered. But not sooner.

We appreciate your cooperation, but you should in return accept your processes. There is not much I can do for you now. Please keep that in mind.

Hello Radka,

I need to correct you. You are not offering your services "for free". You are being paid from the Casinos where you send the customers. This is called "Casino affiliate". Your services - like this forum and your complaint service - are here to have more visitors and at the same time redirect more new customers to your paying clients.

This is how Casino Guru makes money, and you are not providing the services "for free". This is part of your business model.

Incorrect, dear member.

We are offering our services for free to the community. Mind the difference? 😉

You described the model quite correctly, yet we are not just some ordinary affiliate site. Earning money is based on high moral principles, unlike other "similar" websites, we do not promote casinos, sell ratings, or get paid for placing bonuses. Additionally and again, unlike others, we invest grand sums back into our projects focusing on supporting players and creating a better and safer gambling environment.

This is what we do.

I feel you intend to present affiliate business as something greedy or shady but be honest, it matters how you do that, not whether you do that.

Have a good one! ✨

Well, lets try to focus!

I hope that I will finally receive a feedback/statement from the casino and from you @casinoguru!

on the other hand, I‘m sure that a lot of players/victims needs an update and clarity on the Rabidi story!

I saw that Matej is waiting for the casino's statement in your case, so I'm curious how it will turn out in the end.

Fingers crossed for a fair outcome. 🤞

Well - my experience tells me, that nothing will happen. 4 months waiting, delaying, ect…! I haven‘t seen a cent…

I see you found the thread I mentioned to you. I don't think you're the only one who's been in a similar situation, though I'd be happy if I didn't have to say so.

Anyway, we're still waiting, apparently according to the complaint, for a statement from the casino, and I'm very curious to see how it turns out.
