Yes very unpleasant never experienced this type of scam before ! It’s been over 36 hours now and the money has still not been added to my balance.

Well, I would not personally start with words like "scam" after a few days, but that's probably a matter of opinion and experiences. I get that.

In my experience the longest amount of time any casino has taken to credit my casino account is an hour and support is always able to help. So yes in my opinion this just screams scam.


Nothing has changed they continue to say it’s being sent to a team and they will contact me. Even though the transaction proves they received it 8 days ago.

I see, so it's not about scamming with no intention to pay but about delay; you can see that in almost every thread on the forum. And it's a valid and nasty experience, even though it's not a proven scammy site. But it is not relevant; it is just words. I hope it won't take any longer, because I feel that nothing I can add will actually help here. The casino must find a way. Fresh casinos always pose a bit of a risk; it would be great if they improve the experience very soon.

Also 12 days without an answer from casino sure looks like they plan to not pay which was why I warned others and called a scam.


now if casino guru could just reply to my complaints as fast as they have an opinion would be great.
