Do you actually know how much money I'm likely to be withholding if you simply continue processing my complaint and establish contact with the casino?

We also don't agree with some situations, even if the casino has them in its Terms, and we don't think they're all fair. I don't want to keep going around in circles, and I think I've told you everything I needed to from my side. You received explanations from us regarding the complaint, reopening, and even here from me on the forum. 

I'm sorry, but I have nothing more to say on the matter.
