Verification process with Slotocash

I've been trying to get through the verification process w/ Slotocash & am not sure how to proceed. My utilities are not in my name. For proof of address I've tried using my property tax bill & my paycheck. Both were rejected. Finally I used a bank statement with my account information blacked out. My bank logo, the date & my address showed. This has also been rejected. I'm now told I am indeed expected to upload a copy of my bank statement w/ all my info showing. Is it common for people to use bank statements as verification w/ all their account numbers showing? I'm a little new to online casinos & have not been asked for this information before.

My deposit was made w/ Bitcoin through Paypal if it matters.

It was indeed a good idea to ask here on the forum.

After reading the description, I believe that presenting the bank statement as proof of identity and proof of address is acceptable. A bank statement can be used in place of utility bills when a player does not pay them because it can simultaneously verify more personal information.

But just to be sure, what number are you a little hesitant to provide? Perhaps it would be better to provide a bank statement that only shows one account number that you might use to deposit or possibly withdraw in the future. The idea is to match your official personal information with the one you used to register for the casino and to make the deposit; in other words, the casino needs to verify that you were the one who created the account, made the deposit, played, and won.

In this case, your bank statement is very likely requested to confirm your full name and address - as the second official source. The ID usually goes first.

Paypal may be linked to your debit card or bank account, which can be verified by presenting a bank statement that names you as the account holder and includes your card number. Depending on how the Paypal account is funded.
