Hello there. Thank you very much for this very important update, good on you. 👌 Sometimes it is really hard for our data team to keep up with so many casinos "going thru their hands", if you know what I mean 🙂. So we are very obliged to the players like you to helping us, somehow, with all the important updates. I will pass it out to the data team ASAP, so they can check and update these casinos. If I only could have one question, please, which casino did you mean by "donbet"? Just to make sure we don't make any mistake. Thank you again and keep doing this beautiful deeds. 🙏
Hello,
I wish to bring to light a concerning discovery regarding a number of online gambling sites that, while presented as separate entities, are in reality operated by the same company. This discovery is crucial for players who might be unaware that these platforms lack valid operational licenses:
https://donbet.com/
https://velobet.com/
https://rolletto.com/
https://goldenbet.com/eng
https://cosmobet.com/
This revelation is significant, as it underscores the need for player awareness regarding the singular ownership of these sites, all of which are currently functioning without valid licenses. Furthermore, this strategy of operating multiple sites under a single umbrella company raises serious concerns about the enforcement of self-exclusion policies. By not applying self-exclusion across all their platforms, it seems there's a deliberate attempt to circumvent responsible gambling measures, potentially exploiting vulnerable individuals.
For anyone questioning the validity of these sites operating as distinct companies, I propose an easily replicable test: Initiate a live chat on one of the sites and simultaneously start a chat on another site from the list. You'll observe that you're interacting with the same customer service agent in both instances. This serves as clear evidence that these platforms are managed by the same organization.
Given these findings, Casino Guru owes its users an explanation and should undertake a comprehensive review of these sites. It is imperative that each of these platforms is linked to one another in terms of complaints and reviews, with updates provided to reflect the absence of a valid license. Furthermore, there should be a demand for these sites to implement comprehensive self-exclusion policies that cover all their platforms to protect vulnerable players.
Attached is the evidence supporting my claims for your perusal.
This situation demands transparency and immediate action to ensure players are fully informed about the legitimacy and licensing status of these gambling sites, and to protect those at risk from exploitation.
Please see the attached evidence for reference.
Hello,
This is a forum; we don't update casino safety indexes here, and additionally, we don't work 24/7. 🙏
Instead, I ask you to follow up on your findings with our Data Team: data@casino.guru
The feature you find under each casino says:
Thank you very much for your efforts; - much appreciated!
Hello. I would like to inform you about the update we've received from our data team regarding these casinos:
"They still have their licenses, they only have a temporary technical problem and it will be resolved in a short time. As for the self-exclusion policy, unfortunately, we have no control over this. There are many groups of casinos that belong to one owner and they don't always have it set up so that when a game is excluded in one, it applies to all brands. Whenever something like this happens, we solve it individually through complaints and try to help. Most casinos licensed through Curacao do not have such strict policies as casinos with a UK license - they take self-exclusion really seriously. Unfortunately this is how the industry works and it is always up to the players to consider which casino they go to play."
I hope you will find this update helpful and let us know if you have any concerns.
Dear player.
Maybe you should get yourself more familiar with the current events associated with Cuaracao law and licenses.
Most casinos have to change, update, or adjust the licenses, which causes temporary nonworking validators.
This is pretty common these days. The system is changing, that's all. 🤷♀️
"Starting this past Monday, Curacao-licensed gaming operators and brands that have completed a newly required licensing process with the Gaming Control Board (GCB) have the opportunity to display a new seal of approval on their websites as indicative of their success."
Don't worry, please; we've got it covered.
System is changing...
Maybe you should take off the affiliation glasses and realise, velobet and they're rogue sister sites are unlicensed and score their safety index accordingly, to warn players.
As far as I can see, this casino is still unlicensed, so while that can change, we also don't have a license listed, so I don't know what exactly you're angry about right now.
Regarding the safety index, I'll try again to show you what influences it and try to read with understanding. You can find a guide with information here.
Incredible, Caspy, don't bother here, they cover up their illegalities, all of this should be public for the safety of the players and the great safety index that Velobet has, disappear but thanks to me, that information is very useful to me.
Increíble, caspy no te molestes aquí,encubren sus ilegalidades todo esto debería ser público para la seguridad de los jugadores y el gran índice de seguridad que tiene velobet desaparecer pero gracias a mi me viene muy bien esa informcion.
You had a chance to show that it is as you say, and you failed to do so, so please refrain from making similar comments, and the fact that we are trying to cover up something that is not true. I have told you several times that you have the opportunity to reopen your complaint and provide everything that is needed, but if you cannot do that then I do not think it is fair to say something like that.
Of course this casino doesn't have a "great" safety index, so that's not true either.
Velobet weren't licensed at that time as I opened a case with the CEG that has gone on for a month only to be told they weren't licensed , I then contacted anjouan who they were licensed by (seal is now not showing on site and the t&cs and about the company page is blank) and they stated they were not the licensing body at the time of play. I asked velobet to tell me who their licensing body was at the time and they refused to disclose the information.
You can find all the relevant information over here. It looks like they do not have any official license, actually.🤷♀️
