if you play on more that one of the casino from that provider they gonna and use a bonus, in more that one of those casinos, you will not get anymore bonuses on any of theres caisnos ... pretty lame and 100 % illigale to deny people that !!!

Hi, I don't think that's something that's illegal to be honest. Casinos have the option to offer their bonuses to players and they also don't have to offer them to players if they decide to do so. If you like bonuses it's sad if that happens but sometimes it's unfortunately the case. Especially if you also play in some sister casinos and take a lot of bonuses for example without deposit. Then it can happen that such a situation will be found.

I don't know about the legality of this sort of thing in Denmark, but as I said I think the casino has the option to offer bonuses to players as well as not to offer them. If you think there was something wrong with the legality, then it's probably best to look for a lawyer to try to help you. 

The alternative if you want to play with bonuses would be to change casino and play in one where you don't run into such a situation. 🤷‍♂️

iam sure it dont help cause its the danish playconsern there have du clear it and they dont just do it XD

i wrote a complain one then they said its between you and the casino !!!!

Well then it's like I said, the casino may or may not offer some of its services to players and that's why I guess that's the answer. Although it often doesn't seem fair, it's unfortunately not a new thing. 😥

That's a pity, sometimes it's better to get informed and sort things out, but I guess it doesn't matter now.

It's probably better to find a casino where you won't have to deal with such things.
