I haven't had a payout yet so I should have verified myself.

I just don't want to play anymore and have nothing to do with it anymore.

But I don't see sending all the documents there just to get me deleted.

Makes no sense to me personally why it's not possible.

No withdrawals pending and no balance on it.

I don't want to open a second account there either.

However, it's important to know whether you mentioned or did not mention the gambling problem. If you did, your account should be closed as soon as possible even only temporarily, and then the verification can be handled.

That's strange. So what did they tell you when you asked them about it? Since they didn't say you're banned from their bonuses, then I'd treat it as a technical issue and asked them for help.
