If you want to discuss anything related to Truenorth.bet Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hello there!
Thanks for the update. By the way, we provide a special "update us" feature to get this valuable feedback. See for yourself:
I'm sending a note to our dedicated Data Team. 🙌
Anything else we should know about this casino, perhaps? 😉
Hi!
The casino hasn't paid me for over a month.
I have already submitted a request to the gambling commission "Kahnawake", and I am waiting for an answer.
Please tell me, how long does the gambling commission usually take to sort it out? How long does it usually take?
Hi, I'm sorry you got yourself into this situation. As far as the withdrawal is concerned, did you get any reason from the casino as to why it took so long ? Have you thought about filing a complaint with us, where we could try to help you?
Anyway, I see you've already emailed the authority. We also have a guide written about this authority, so if you would like to read it and find out more you can click here.
Also, I can't give you a specific time when you should get an answer, but it usually takes some time to get an official statement. So you will have to be a little patient.
I firmly believe that you will have good news in the end. 🙂
Hi! Thank you very much for the answer, you are doing an important thing!
Thank you for the link, I have read the information.
I have repeatedly contacted the casino with a question about the reasons for the delay in payment. I have received several different 4-5 responses (we are having technical difficulties, we will pay you soon, very soon, come on, you will receive the money soon). For new requests, the answers begin to repeat.
I started reading various forums about the withdrawals from this casino, and many receive the same answers.
Thank you, I was thinking of filing a complaint with you, but it is written in the rules of the licensing authority that you cannot discuss this on the forum. I also saw that this casino does not respond to complaints on your forum.
Please try to answer me. How long does it usually take for a complaint to be considered in Kahnawake? a month? half a year? A year?
Hello,
I just want to assure you that our members discuss their complaints with every authority you can think of here on the forum daily without any issue regarding this part "Thank you, I was thinking of filing a complaint with you, but it is written in the rules of the licensing authority that you cannot discuss this on the forum. I also saw that this casino does not respond to complaints on your forum."
Additionally, the complaint is a separate feature, it's not addressed via the forum.
So, in case you prefer another option, let us know. 🙏
the previous poster wasn't referencing your literal forum but poor english. The kahnawake gaming commision says it will jeopardize your complaint if you discuss it in a "public forum" which is a noun referencing anywhere you can speak freely really. Essentially it just means that if you want to make a complaint against the casino you have to make it via the commission and if you make it elsewhere then it'll jeopardise it if you attempt to make a complaint with the commission afterward. You are obviously allowed to discuss having made a complaint but they are not allowing you to discuss the minutiae of your actual complaint publically.
You could say how much you hate truenorth.bet but you could not say "i have not received 3000 cad since april" etc etc

Aye its quite restrictive, I'd prefer to exhaust all my options (internal casino complaint > guru/askgamblers complaint > licencing authority complaint) in that order of escalation so jumping straight to a licensing authority complaint, especially one that seems a bit too friendly with a misbehaving casino is frustrating to say the least.
If i was a journalist theres definitely a little expose to be written i would think!
I think I would go in the same order. Licensing authority would be one of the last options for me if I didn't get help elsewhere. I might even consider legal action in some cases, but that would have to be a larger amount of money that I would have in the casino.
Interesting addendum in the last sentence, maybe I'll look into it sometime to see if there are any dealing specifically with the subject of casinos, it might be quite nice to know. 🙂
I'm not sure I am either and if I had to guess I'd probably say no but maybe a little digging on the internet wouldn't be wrong. At least such blogs or articles may not be a bad thing and therefore look who wrote it. Maybe one will learn more than one would expect.
