If you want to discuss anything related to Trickz Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
There's an update at Trickz that I really don't like. Paying a deposit fee is perfectly fine; I'm familiar with that from other casinos, but within reason. Previously, I always paid a €1 fee for every deposit, regardless of the method used at Trickz. Now, Trickz seems to have increased the fee. I deposited via Visa, for example, €50 + €1 fee, so €51. However, when I'm redirected to my bank to confirm the deposit, the fee increases to €11, and this isn't due to my bank; I checked. So now you pay the regular €1 fee plus €10. If you deposit €50, you end up paying €61 including the fee. In my opinion, that's anything but fair. At their sister site, Winnerz, there are currently no fees for deposits, but they've recently started charging 1% + 1.5% for withdrawals, which can get quite expensive with larger withdrawals. Fees are perfectly fine, but here and at Winnerz I find them totally excessive since the update.
Hello, to be honest, players usually don't mention deposit fees, and I won't speculate.
Perhaps it is related to intermediary banks, because casinos without a GGL license usually need to use those to allow transactions to players from Germany, this is related to its payment processors and the casino usually has no control over that...
But as I said, I truly do not know whether this could be related. Thank you kindly for sharing your experience with us. Let's see what other players have to add in that regard.
Yes, so I just made another deposit via Revolut and it's only charging the usual €1 fee. Last time I deposited using Visa and had to pay an €11 fee, but I've deposited via Visa quite often and never had to pay such a high fee before. It seems to be due to the payment provider.
That's very handy information; thank you for those details and for sharing.
Since this account was closed, I hope the player won't face any problems in the future.
