Tell me what kind of casino this is, I don’t know much, maybe it’s fake?

I topped up my account with 500 hryvnia, the winnings amounted to 33,140 hryvnia, in order to withdraw my winnings, they ask to top up the account first by 1,000 hryvnia (supposedly, withdrawal can only be made in the Amateur status - the total amount of top-ups should be 1,499 UAH), topped up this 1,000, now they ask to top up for the amount of 2973 UAH - 9% of the winning amount.

I assume that these are ordinary scammers. Will normal casinos require depositing several amounts to withdraw funds? Please advise what can be done?

Doesn't sound to me very good though, what you are saying. Most of the casinos could ask for a verification deposit, which is usually some minimal amount, but to ask for more deposits, it does sound shady to me, to tell you the truth.

The withdrawal of funds is still stuck, I don’t think they will pay even if I still deposit the amount they require. When asked to cancel the withdrawal of funds (in order to subsequently put the amount minus 9%) for withdrawal, they answer - It is impossible to cancel or change the transaction.

Does this happen in real casinos?

and by the way, I couldn’t find a license from them, support has a stupid answer - on the main page of the site, but it’s not there! In general, I got it..

At EIGHTY (80) years of age, I still am no expert in the matters being discussed. But, you will find me to be as honest as anyone else you'll ever encounter. Even though it will be the proverbial 'bitter pill to swallow', my advice would be to consider yourself fortunate to have deposited no more than you did.
