Subject: Urgent support for withdrawal problems from Tipico (SPORTS BETTING)
Dear Tipico team,
I am contacting you because I urgently need support in withdrawing my winnings. I made a deposit via Apple Pay and have now won €400. Unfortunately, I cannot withdraw this because the option is not offered via Apple Pay.
Despite several unsuccessful attempts via live chat and the contact form, I have not been able to get any help so far. I was advised to make a deposit of €10 via Sofortüberweisung so that I could then make the withdrawal to my bank account. I have done this, but I continue to receive the same error message and cannot withdraw my winnings. All the methods suggested to me do not work and I keep being offered the same options that have already failed.
I understand that there are guidelines in place, but it is disappointing that I do not receive effective support, especially from a licensed provider such as Tipico. I hope that you can help me quickly and reliably with this matter.
If nothing changes in this matter, I will be forced to take action and reconsider my relationship with Tipico.
