I have had a withdrawal pending for 8 days and I am getting the same copy and paste responses saying they have a lot of requests.

Hello, we give them 14 days, that's the first thing I'd like to say, and if they fail to pay, then we can try to help. Based on what you describe, they are only giving you a general answer, which doesn't help us much, and the only thing we can do in this case is wait. 

Didn't they ask you for verification documents? Didn't you play with the bonus?
