I have made a withdrawal since 18/1. the casino says that withdrawals are processed within 3 working days, now we are at 5 working days and I have not received the money. and my withdrawal status has not changed. . I communicated with them several times and no one gives me an answer, all they say is to be patient. also my account doesn't need verification.
Did they tell you what is causing the delay if your account doesn't need a verification, though? Or they don't say anything at all?
