Something else comes to my mind, that you could also try to check the "spam" or "promotion" folder in your email, as sometimes the messages finish there even though we don't exactly understand why 🤷‍♀️. Some casinos actually block the players account and send an email with all the instructions for the player what to do, what documentation to send to the casino and so.
