I played there months ago (last time in November). I had only deposited and wagered €20 and had a balance of €160. I then wanted to withdraw this, and they blocked my account. I tried to talk to support, but they wouldn't let me log in. It's not about the money (I've written that off), it's about the principle. I've never experienced an account being closed without warning after a withdrawal. Does it make sense to file a complaint with this casino? Ich habe vor Monaten dort gespielt ( November das letzte Mal ) . Ich hatte nur 20 Euro eingezahlt und wager geschafft und hatte ein Guthaben von 160 Euro. Ich wollte diese dann auszahlen und sie haben darauf hin , mein Konto gesperrt… ich habe versucht mit dem Support zu reden aber sie erlauben mir nicht mich einzuloggen. Es geht mir nicht ums Geld ( das hab ich abgeschrieben) , es geht ums Prinzip. Ich habe noch nie erlebt , das ein Konto einfach bei Auszahlung wahrlos geschlossen wird . I don't even know when exactly I was last able to log in. Sometime in November... I guess 4 or 5 months ago... I just received an email. I was asked to send them my receiving address (bitcoin), which I did, but so far, no money has arrived. I also don't believe they'll pay out my winnings after 4 months; that would be completely crazy. Best wishes. 
Ich weiß garnicht , wann genau ich mich das letzte mal anmelden konnte , irgendwann im November … schätze vor 4 oder 5 Monaten … grade habe ich eine email erhalten. Dear Romi... I've submitted a complaint, but you can delete it. I've been to support a lot today, and now I've finally been told the reason for the closure. They said I had a second account, which isn't true, and the account was blocked for my own protection. Now it's one person's word against another, and I can't prove I only had one account. You should focus on more important complaints, because you can't get anywhere at TG Casino. Best wishes, and please delete my complaint.

iebe Romi … ich hab eine Beschwerde nun eingereicht aber die könnt ihr löschen .ich war heute sehr oft im Support und nun wurde mir endlich der Grund genannt für die Schließung . Sie sagten 🙈ich hätte einen zweiten Account da , was nicht stimmt und zu meinem eigenen Schutz wurde der Account gesperrt. Nun steht Aussage gegen Aussage und ich kann nicht beweisen das ich nur einen Account hatte da . Kümmert euch lieber um wichtigerer Beschwerden, denn im TG casino kommt man nicht weiter . Due to the nature of this casino's tournaments, macro use has always been permitted. In the past, most users employed macros without any issues arising.
Why then would they suddenly prohibit macro use without prior warning and allow for the confiscation of balances?
I believe the point is that history is history and the present is present. Current rules should be followed regardless of personal opinions, and if you disagree with them, it may be better to change casinos.
I still have an account at this casino and am aware of the current rules.
This tournament permits the use of automated tools, and multiple players have actually used them to place in the top ranks.
The basis for why only the user who submitted this complaint is being treated as a cheater should be clarified.
