Hello, good morning Casino Guru. I'm having a problem with this casino regarding a sports free bet bonus - I know you guys don't usually deal with this but I'm asking for help.

I placed a bet worth 500BRL and there is a promotion in the house that gives you a free bet of 200BRL on Mondays. The house didn't credit me for this bet, I went to the chat and was banned after receiving the response that I hadn't added the Promocode at the time of deposit. BUT I PUT YES and received a success message when validating the Promocode, however, I don't have a screenshot to prove it!!!

I feel aggrieved because I believed in Tebwin and I didn't get any answers, I smell deceit in the air because it's very easy to say that I didn't add the promocode after they won the bet. I fell like a clown!!!

It's very easy to say that I didn't follow the steps correctly, make you mad, and then ban you from chat and the site claiming that you used bad words.
