Stargames shut down PayPal deposit money gone

On May 18, 2025, I deposited €30 into Stargames via PayPal.

Today, May 19, 2025, Stargames is no longer available online.

I reported buyer protection to Paypal today, May 19, 2025.

After the case was opened, PayPal closed it on the grounds that it was excluded from buyer protection and therefore rejected.

How do I get my money back? Or will Stargammes be accessible again?

first of all, I believe we have to find out what this Stargammes or Stargames is. Is that supposed to be an online casino, please? If so, could you paste here a link to the casino?

Frankly, I could not find details.

In any case, contacting PayPal has banished gambling-related transactions many years ago, so I hope they will help you.

I got a message about my land block, but I can still access the site yet can't find the register option.

Regardless, I located the site in our system and believe I have some positive news to share. Its Safety Index is high and players' scores are good.

Did you get an update from PayPal, please? It seems to me that the transaction was blocked on their site, possibly due to gambling activities. As I mentioned, PayPal is quite strict. Could they arrange the payment back? If not, I would reply to any email you've gotten so far from the casino (I found this: hilfe@stargames.de) to ask for the update or transaction number.

If you struggle to resolve this with PayPal or the casino, you can try to submit a complaint, of course.

Our website is exclusively available to German players in Germany with permission from GGL. Players from other countries can see the website, but logging in or registering is not permitted.
