Unusable bonus

The games won’t load if my real balance is empty and if it’s not and I have free spins it will error out Ie meaning I don’t actually get any usable bonus

For my 1st deposit I deposited anyway in even though they hadn’t clarified if first deposit was up to 50 or 200 bonus when I asked them only go a £50 bonus rather than £200 and ended up with £250 real money when playing my real money balance so decided to withdraw they applied a 1% fee to my withdrawal and cancelled my bonuse (I’m fine with the cancellation of the bonus at the point of me making a withdrawal as that part is expected and the withdrawal did go through ok).

A day or so after it had processed back to my account I then re deposited a smaller amount £10 for 25 free spins it wouldn’t let me play them while i still had a balance they would show when opening the game but not let me play them so i played my real money balance on roulette and lost then when I tried to open the game to play my free spins it would just take me to the deposit page this was on my iPhone 12 Pro in the browser

I contacted support another time and they offered to moved the free spins to another game that also wouldn’t load for me so i logged out and decided review them hear as it seemed I couldn’t use the bonus spins and i would have initially only deposited £50 on my first deposit had they clarified the terms when I asked them

I now believe there Wellcome offer is actually 100% up to 50 then 100% up to 200 but based on how the free spins behaved for me Im not convinced it would have let me use the deposit bonus or not if I’d lost my real money balance
