Just wondering why looking at this casino to read about it you guys claim US players not permitted and then in your review claim it's a popular casino in the US? I've noticed this with a couple casinos, actually.

Hello,

it is probably caused by the changes in the casino's terms. I agree it sounds more like an error, actually, such casinos can still be considered popular in the States while in the meantime the management has decided some US states are not welcomed anymore🙁.

Yesterday, I was playing on Stake.us and I got kicked out of a game three times in a row because of a "session error." The third time I got kicked out i looked up at my balance and it had gone down by about $5 even though I had not been playing. I went to support and this is what happened:

As I can see, all of these rounds were successfully settled and any possible winnings were credited to your balance.

Also, we didn't have any issues with the site or this game, which means that the issue was related to browser/device/connection you are using. :/

There is nothing we could do about it.

Hi, I have read what happened and in this case if you feel that the fault was not on your side, I would recommend filing a complaint at this link: https://casino.guru/complaints/all

Support is saying that the fault was on your side and you are saying that the fault was with the casino, so it would be best if our team took a look at it, if that's worth it to you. 

However, did you play the slots where the error happened 3 times and then you didn't play anymore or did you lose more money ?
