It says money is withdrawn to your bank account instantly do after going through verification and stuff my withdrawal was processed and said I should have my money soon now they are saying another 7-10 business days how is that instant I've never had such a bad experience and I've played at many casinos definitely do not recommend

The transfer itself can be instant, but the administration can take a while, I'd say.

I would not normally take any instant payment as a truly instant these days. 🙁

I suppose Citadel is a bank in Canada? Then if you have an account in the same bank, then it's true it should be instant.
