Since February 19th I played Book of Fallen with more than 25 million pesos and the tournament ended on March 5th. After that they told me that I had to wait 72 hours for a response and nothing. The 72 hours passed. I contacted the Sportimun chat advisor informing me of the same thing and asking about my position and my prize. On the 25th they made a claim to send to the provider requesting verification and for the prize as shown in the images.
