I have always received the same answer, that another team processes withdrawals. One customer service representative advised me to contact their activation email, but there is no answer.

I think that nowadays in 2026, withdrawals simply cannot take more than 7 days.

Update on the situation. Now the integration is progressing. The payment team contacted me and asked if I would accept the 8% processing fee since this is the second withdrawal within 30 days.

I knew this in advance and accepted the 8% processing fee by replying to their email within 5 minutes. Now it will be interesting to see how long it takes them to complete the withdrawal!

I have to ask, though, are you saying that from the casino's perspective, the player is allowed only one free-of-charge payment per month? Yes, you can make one free withdrawal within 30 days. If you make more than one, you can be charged up to an 8% processing fee. It's in their terms and conditions and I was very aware of it when I made that second withdrawal. I think the other casino brands from that company have the same rule.
