Can't this be closed temporarily? It's really annoying how the forum is being cluttered. Yes, we all now understand that the casino is fake and scam. Spamming and insulting here over the holidays doesn't help at all.

We just had intense conversation and gave feedback and we were disappointed how things are done here. You can turn off the notifications if it bothers you. This is the only channel atm how we will track this case's progress.

Also the biggest reason why we are mad is because Guru didn't warn players about this even though evidence was sent to them weeks ago. But this case is closed now and we're waiting for the data team's response.

Some progression atleast nice. Rating is now 0/10 instead of 6/10. Just need to remove the whole review and it's done.

Well, so it wasn't that there was no progress. Sometimes you just have to be patient until everything gets moving and until it is reflected in the Safety Index. But the review will not be deleted, because we are trying to keep the players informed and it is better to have a casino that has zero than to not have it here and the players will not be informed about what is going on.🙂

So far all I know is that 0 is because of the games, and I have been informed that other things are being verified. Also the fake license that is added to the review has changed. If there is something else that will be updated or if it stays like this I will let you know.

So I would say that it is quite rare for a casino to have a 0 safety index, fake games, but they will pay you. You're one of the lucky ones and you did well not to play there because you might not have got the money the second time around.

Can confirm SpinSala is a scam site as I’m experiencing it first hand right now. Ashamingly, I’ve deposited more than a few times on this site. However, I have been able to withdraw 7 times. All of them being under a $50 amount with no issues besides them all taking 10+ hours to receive. Until the other day. I completed the bonus wager requirement, and withdrew $623 from my balance. After waiting almost 48 hours (for a crypto withdrawal) while the status still being pending… & still no response from an agent? (you start a chat and they typically join in minutes) I’m convinced they aren’t going to pay out my winnings as they have just disabled my live chat. I waited all day yesterday just for someone to join and no one came. I have numerous chat logs with proof. They make it near impossible to reach out to them. Do not trust this site.

100% still online but only on certain browsers. it works on google chrome on mobile for me. i’ve managed to get back into the chat but you’re stuck with a bot who says support is on the way but never joins. been waiting 34 hours for a response or agent to join so safe to say they’ve pretty much ghosted me.
