I re opened my account today and I noticed that my bonuses coupons were very low in my account. I contacted chat service and complained about the bonus%. here is his response

Jay, I'm sorry that you are unhappy with your bonuses.

Please be advised that bonuses are based on your deposits at the casino.

Should you wish to qualify for higher bonuses, you will need to continue to deposit regularly.

That said, Spinoverse is a stand-alone casino.

So I played anyway today. Max bet is $9.99. 1 cent lower than $10 like every other rtg platform. Amazing ..I also noticed the slots were very jumpy. They would move one more character forward to miss a possibly good winning combination. I complained about this to CS and then I started winning and the slots stopped stuttering. As I got closer to my play thru completion they started stuttering again, probably missing some good wins. So I won 1k. Oh I am only allowed to withdraw 10x of my deposit. Everyone gets up to 25x on this coupon... Nice!

Uhm, since bonuses are mainly a tool to bring new players in, I think it is important to keep in mind that every bonus costs the casino some money. No wonder they aim to provide these to players with a good deposit history. It's business.

I would also be hesitant to take a bonus with quite a low maximum cashout limit.

May I know how much you got from the bonus when you say it was a 10x deposit?

What should I say about those jumpy games? Honestly, I'll skip that. Just note that I appreciate your experience!

max cash out 10x of deposit. I deposited $125 so my max cash out would have been 1250. I only won $1075

They say the more you deposit the higher the % are for bonuses. So it seems to be the opposite than other casinos

They also said they were a standalone casino. That's not so true. I found them related to Slotswin, Island Reels, lion Slots, Vegas2web,Slotgard and a few more. Their rating is a bit low but the user reviews said

(good) so I figured I would give them a chance.

Spinoverse owes me $1075.00.

They didn't even ask me for documents because that whole group of casinos knows me. I was a longtime member of Vegas2web and lion slots. Invested big$$$ there. I did get a lot back but then things changed.

I see, they're rating went up. They used to be in the red.


First time play at slotgard lost on every deposit, slots were null.

closed my account at Slotgard


They mix casinos. If win on one you lose on the others.

To follow up on the main topic, if you believe this casino really owes you, submit the complaint, please. Chit-chatting here on the forum won't get you closer to a solution than the complaint. I know you know that.

Call me a heretic, but I'm more convinced casinos don't need to mix one with another. Just play long enough, and you'll lose eventually. Since the house edge is everpresent, losing is a matter of time. 🙂

I contacted them yesterday and first they said beginning of this week now its by Friday or by next week. So it seems they are delaying payment.

Update I contacted them today again and asked about the sending of my pending withdrawal.

GET THIS..... Now they want my documents. They stalled a week before I new about this. Now they want them.

Lets see how long this takes?

Still waiting. I contacted them again and a chat rep said it is in the last phase of completion. What? Everything was approved I said.

He said it should go out end of week and I replied , That's what you said last week?

I'm off on Friday, but make sure to keep us posted. I still hope the payment will be released sooner than on the last working day of the week...
