This casino won't close my account for more than 3 months, even though I'm a gambling addict and have tried to get it closed permanently. It's probably pointless to complain about it because I notice that they haven't responded to other people's complaints either?

Still, I think submitting a complaint could make sense. Even if the casino ultimately doesn’t cooperate or resolve the issue, the complaint can still help us document what happened, and depending on the outcome, it may negatively affect the casino’s Safety Index. At least that could help warn other players in the future.

Of course, if you don’t want to go through the complaint process, that decision is entirely up to you.
