Seriously? Wow....speachless. They do this because they can. Because there is no accountability. Because no one holds them responsible. Because they get away with it.

I am not sure what the "certainly not" means.

You put the daily amount of 2250$. It is false information. Not sure what else to say.

I've already told you several times that I mentioned this to our team. I'm not going to keep repeating myself.

By "certainly not," I meant that I understand players wouldn't play at a casino where they can only withdraw 500 a day.

What their terms say:

Per transaction: max €500 / $750 CAD

Per day: max €1500 / $2250 CAD

Only one withdrawal per 24 hours

Only one pending withdrawal at a time

Why this doesn’t make logical sense

If:

You can only withdraw $750 per transaction

AND only one transaction per 24 hours

Then the true daily maximum = $750, not $2250.

So how would someone ever reach $2250 in a day?

They can’t under those rules, mathematically impossible! And casinos need to be called out for these ridiculous terms that mislead players.

Right, if that's how it's worded in the Terms, I'd say that's nonsense too. So there's no way you can reach 2250.

Do you want to laugh? The VIP manager just wrote me, congratulating my VIP level...

This is what he just wrote;

"As I previously mentioned, the €1,500 limit is weekly, not daily.

Additionally, limits are individual based on each account's activity, age and VIP level. Simultaneously, you may have up to three withdrawals, provided they comply with your withdrawal limits.

To clarify, the monthly limit for most players depends on their VIP level. Yours is €1,700 monthly but as I informed you earlier, we have increased it to €7,500 as a token of appreciation for your account's activity. "

Now he is saying the monthly is 1700 EUROS?? BLOODY INSANITY.

If this doesnt scream scam, I dont know what does. I am dumbfounded.

I don't think it's a scam; rather, it's poorly worded in the Terms, and I don't think they should treat players differently. I understand that withdrawal limits can vary depending on VIP level, but if every player is subject to this, it could be difficult for them.

Here is what the "VIP Manager" wrote today;

 I understand your frustration, and you’re right to expect consistency.

The limits in the Terms (e.g. €1,500/day, €5,000/week, €20,000/3 months) are maximum system caps. Individual accounts can have lower limits based on factors like account history, verification, and VIP level and the limits I mentioned about are what currently apply to you.

For your account:

€7,500 = your monthly withdrawal limit

€500 per transaction still applies

Up to three withdrawals can be pending within your limits "

This is the reality!

Terms & Conditions (for the public):

€500 per transaction

€1500 per day

€5000 per week

What the casino confirmed in writing:

Limits are "maximum caps" only

Actual limits are reduced individually and not disclosed upfront

My real limit: €500 per transaction + €7500 monthly

Reality:

Higher advertised limits are not accessible

Limits vary at the casino’s discretion

Players are not informed of their true limits until after depositing/playing

VIP Levels are for looks only and have no merit or meaning.

The casino advertises higher withdrawal limits, but in practice applies undisclosed, lower limits at its own discretion.

I have seen a lot of things in 18 years of playing online, but this takes the cake. You don't like the word "scam", and I get it. I will call it;

Misleading / deceptive practices

Unfair or non-transparent withdrawal policies

Predatory payout structuring

They definitely should change this if they themselves admit that these are the maximum possible limits, because most players don’t actually have those maximum limits.

So it should reflect what is generally true; in other words, if the limit is 500 per day in most cases, that’s what they should show the players.
