Anyone plays on this casino ? I won 1500€ but I see live chat doesn't work , I sent email if everything is ok for them to complete the transactions, also I see they allow only 500€ per day limit of withdrawal. I wait to see when and what they will respond
Hi, I hope everything is okay. Did they ask you for any documents? When did you send them an email?
hi, it auto requested the documents when i tried to withdrawal, i sent id- proof of address and i see its pending, i dont know what will happen, i wait, their live chat doesnt work (there is no link only a text that u cant click it) they anwsered pretty fast on email though and said its being reviewed by the financial department and they will inform me.
Perfect, I hope the rest will go the same way. The limit is quite low, but as long as the money comes in regularly and without any problems, I think it can be forgiven.
Feel free to let me know how the next withdrawals go.😉
What makes you think that? Did you find something on their website? 🙂
If yes, we can check. 🙂
damn me, i received only my 500 euros, cause there is limit 500euros per day i played the rest and i lost them, however the 500 i requested were paid on the next day, dont know what would happen to the more 1000 which i lost eventually, maybe they would delay this amount cause my deposit was small 50 euros, however i guess they will pay you. The 500 i cashed out were proceed the next day . just be a bit patient, they say 1-3 working days (no weekends-holidays)but if the amount is big i guess they will probably delay it. cause 500 euros per day limit shows that the casino doesnt want to pay easily.

Hey guys, I wanted to share a really strange (and honestly, kind of funny) experience I just had with the support at Spin Mills. I have a strong suspicion that this whole group (Spin Mills, Smokace, etc.) has secretly moved their license from Curacao to Anjouan (Comoros), and they are trying their best to hide it from us.
I was looking at the footer of the site and there is absolutely nothing there. No license icon, no validator, and nothing mentioned in the 'About Us' or 'Terms of Use'. It’s just an empty space with a '18+' icon.
So, I went to live chat and asked about their license. After some 'internal checking', he sent me a screenshot to prove they are licensed. But here is the catch: The screenshot he sent clearly shows the Anjouan (Comoros) flag
The funniest part? Right after sending me the Comoros flag, he typed in the chat: 'We have a Curacao eGaming license'. When I told him, 'Wait, your own picture says Comoros', he panicked and told me to send an email to support for 'qualified information'!
I’m attaching both screenshots:
My view: The empty footer where they hide everything.
Zack's view: The Anjouan flag he accidentally 'leaked' to me.
It seems they are using some kind of 'cloaking' to hide their real license from certain countries while their support is literally lying about being in Curacao. Just wanted to put this out there so you guys know what's happening behind the scenes.

"Yes, it's not a big deal for me either, but there is a difference. Curacao is actually making moves to become more serious and closer to MGA standards, while Comoros is way more 'loose' and unregulated. Personally, I'm happy with SpinMills so far; they might have some delays here and there, but they always pay out in the end. I just think players should know exactly where a site is licensed, just in case they ever need to reach out to the authorities
Your review should not say 2250$ daily when clearly, the daily limits is much lower. They told me that at my level the daily limit is 804$ CAD and the weekly is a little over 2000$. I just made a withdrawal of 804$. I have a bad feeling about this casino....I will see the outcome.
Well, if the casino has a general limit, we usually mention it in our review. From what I can see in your emails, the casino itself says it can set a limit for you based on certain factors, so why should we change that? If we did that, every player could have a different limit depending on the casino, so that wouldn’t be right.
When you mention KYC, are you going through that process as well, or are you just waiting for the money?
Sorry, Jaro, I dont follow. Your site says 2250$ daily. Other people have commented that they have 500$ limits and I am saying 800$ limit. I fail to see your point about leaving a false limit there. And I am fully verified. KYC support seems to be the only people that answer emails at this horrific casino. And by the way, I am not a disgruntled loser at this casino, I have won far more than what I lost but they will do everything in their power to delay withdrawals...
