Oh, I don't even know what to say. I'm sorry to hear that. Did you consider filing a complaint so that our team could try to contact the casino? Didn't they give any advance notice that they were closing and that players would receive the money in their accounts? 

No, things weren't too bad there initially... After depositing using cryptocurrency, it turned out that withdrawals were unavailable. Withdrawals were possible for one or two countries, if I'm not mistaken. Customer support wrote about six months ago that they would address this issue, but of course, no one has.

Even though I don't know how it would turn out, I think I'd give the complaint a try. It doesn't cost anything to attempt.🙁
