Hello, I've been waiting for a payment for almost a month. I won 480,000 CLP. The casino says the delay is due to the high number of withdrawals, but a month is too long, I think. I like the casino and its games, but the payment delays make it impossible to play until I get paid. I would appreciate some help. I contacted them three weeks ago, but I haven't logged in since. I'll be on the lookout for updates.

That's the answer the casino gives me. The idea is that I pay and they don't delete me, like I do with Lion Casino. They complain and I delete them from the casino.

The screenshot makes the situation a bit clearer. From what support is telling you, they are not currently asking you to complete verification, they say they will let you know if any documents are needed. At the same time, they are blaming the delay on their payment provider and a backlog of withdrawals.

After almost a month, though, that's still a very long time to be left without a payment or any concrete timeframe.

Since you've already been waiting well beyond the usual 14 days, I think it would be reasonable to submit a complaint at this point and let our Complaints Team look into the delay.

Hopefully the payment arrives in the meantime, but I don't think you should just keep getting the same "please wait a little longer" answer indefinitely.
