I have been waiting almost two weeks for Paf.se, x3000 and speedycasino to verify my income so I can withdraw my money, but they say it can take up to 6 months. Is this allowed?

Hello, I believe the question is not whether it is permitted by someone, but whether it is a reasonable length of time in the first place.

Have you provided all the documents they asked you for? I guess you have. So, if you have provided all the requested documents, the casino workers should not delay the process.

If you provided them with all the necessary documents and they only need to perform a routine verification, then it is not normal for it to take so long.
