I deposited 200,000 ARS via bank transfer. The deposit was successfully made to a third party provided by the platform. When I made the deposit, the agent marked it as rejected, which means my balance isn't credited and the refund isn't issued.
I speak to support and provide the receipts, but they still don't provide enough. They ask for an account statement, which I would promote without a problem, but I can get it next month due to my bank's policy.
This happened on 4/9. I still don't have the balance or the refund. They don't want to take responsibility. @1xslots casino
