I deposited 200,000 ARS via bank transfer. The deposit was successfully made to a third party provided by the platform. When I made the deposit, the agent marked it as rejected, which means my balance isn't credited and the refund isn't issued.

I speak to support and provide the receipts, but they still don't provide enough. They ask for an account statement, which I would promote without a problem, but I can get it next month due to my bank's policy.

This happened on 4/9. I still don't have the balance or the refund. They don't want to take responsibility. @1xslots casino

In short. The agent providing the payment platform has kept my money and refuses to acknowledge it. Hence the scam, which I firmly believe.

I still have no solution from the casino.

Hello, as far as I can say, such things go, they usually take longer than a few working days and the weekend. Did you try to reach out to your payment provider? It would be nice to have something in your hand, not just wait for the casino.

Did you try?

Hello. Thanks for the reply. But the transfers from my account went through and were processed correctly. The person who caused the damage here is the agent the casino provides as the recipient of the transfer.

I've provided all the information, and they don't want to fix it, or they just keep giving me the same old thing. I'm tired of waiting for a solution, and I've been going through several days without a response from 1xslots. Therefore, I consider this a clear scam until they deign to do the right thing.

Hmm, I see. thank you for mentioning it. So at this point, the bank is out of the question, and the best shot is the third- party payment provider, I reckon. I always find those situations quite insane. The casino should cooperate with a decent payment provider and, at least in my opinion, should also be interested in resolving the matter because you, the customer, can hardly be satisfied in this position.

However, if the problem really lies with the payment provider, I imagine the casino support wouldn't know the details, hence the vague responses. 🙁 It is possible that they just do not know what to say to you.

As you can see in the complaint, we are unable to help resolve this either. I recommend that you wait longer; there is a chance the deposit will bounce back, or the provider may cancel the transaction and return your money, but this process could take up to a week. I saw something similar in the past.

The payment agent is someone the casino appoints, so they should be held accountable for this agent's behavior... I've provided account transactions showing that the money was deposited correctly and was not returned, nor was the balance credited.

Honestly, they know what to say, but they don't do it because they don't return the money or credit the balance, which ends up being a scam because they don't take responsibility, and they tell me they don't have any. Stipulated timeframes to resolve these issues, meaning if a payment agent doesn't credit the balance paid, they don't respond. I really don't understand how a site that acts this way can have a good rating on this forum.

I have no action to take with my bank because the transfer was made and reached its destination.

Now I only receive communications from the casino to divert the topic.

Honestly, this situation has tired me out. I hope to be able to take legal action on the issue since it is not minor and directly affects the credibility of this casino, which I did not think would use these situations to get away from it.

Hello, I get that this situation has exhausted you and I can imagine how powerless it feels when the casino just keeps circling around the same replies.

I must be honest with you, though: legal action in such cases almost never leads to a solution. Cross-border online transactions with third-party payment agents are extremely difficult to pursue in court and the costs usually far exceed the amount in dispute. We have a thread about it here on the forum, by the way.

I know that’s not what you want to hear, but realistically the only possible outcome is either the payment bouncing back from the provider, bank intervention or the casino eventually crediting it. Sadly, nothing else seems to be on the table. That's what I have learned thus far.

But hey, I get the feeling!
