If it didn't suit you, I understand why you did it. However, if there are such problems, you know in the future that you can ask about the possibilities of withdrawal methods in advance and thus find out for yourself whether the casino would be suitable for you.

Hello, hm, not the best experience in this casino, I see. As for closing the account, are you still trying to do that or not ? Sometimes it's not that easy and it can take a while. I have also encountered that in some casinos you have to be verified if you want to close your account. Was this the case or not ?
