Dont play in this casino really bad casino i won 700€ from freespins they add only 50€ to my account i make 1300€ from the 50€ and withdraw thex needed 25 hours to check if i dont wirte it would be longer in there agb is stabding 1-25€ hours and then they rehected again and add 50€ to my account

i requested withdrawal to credit card, but they rejected it and asked could i withdraw to bank transfer, which i did and its almost a week now, support told me this morning it can take 7 days, but iv never had to wait 7 days for a bank transfer before. I have 3 withdrawals im waiting on totalling 2600 euro

now one of my withdrawals was rejected and returned to my account, i contacted support and they said there was a technical issue and to try it again, do you think i should make a complaint?

This is really regrettable. However, I believe we must allow the staff some time to resolve any technical issues that may arise at the casino. Here's the important part. We give the casino a full 14 days to handle this kind of situation. Therefore, while you are free to file the complaint, nothing important will happen on our end until this period of time has passed. Just to prevent mistakes from my side, how long have you been struggling, please?

they have now rejected my third withdrawal again, now they are saying to try another method, credit cards dont work, bank transfers dont work, im running out of options.. this place is a disaster

Hello. As far as I can guess, there could be a problem with the payment provider and its reach within the ceratin markets... What about crypto? I know this method possesses a few weak points, but in similar situations it is usually the easiest solution.

Update, they have processed my latest withdrawal for 1050 euro to skrill, but the two withdrawals from 8 days ago totalling 1600 euro are still ‘in progress’ , so i really dont understand whats going on at all, at least iv got some of it and hopefully i can cancel the old pending withdrawals to bank transfer and try withdraw them to skrill.

yes, they told me i must wait 7 business days and then they will investigate if i havent recieved by then…as thats what the banks rules are.. so 7 business days is tomoro, i dont think i have any hope of getting it tomorow
