This casino seems to be owned by the same owner as Slots 7 Casino (Listed there as Megawin N.V.)

I have just checked this information with the casino, and they informed us that both Slots7 and Slots Villa casinos are related, and the owner is indeed the same, ATG Data, a company based in Costa Rica (we will update our reviews asap). No, nothing that I haven't shared in my review of Slots7. Since I'm having such terrible trouble with that casino, it seems only right that this casino should be properly linked, so that people are forewarned.

I’ve never gambled on slots villa casino, but it seems really interesting. I've been waiting for over 3 months and for cashout, I used bonus and wagered over 1k if what I was supposed too. And they still refuse to pay me out even after asking for my 34character bitcoin address among other repeated requests which I have screenshots of everything.

Including my kyc verification, proof of address, bitcoin address, wager completed etc. They say the same thing everytime I contact them via customer support or email..."Wait and be patient".

How patient am I supposed to be 75+ days?


This casino treats their online customers like we're actual bots and not human. Their behavior is very irresponsible imo


If someone from casinoguru's resolve team can help me I would be more than appreciative of your assistance.

Hello there.

I went directly to your complaint to see it was submitted against VIP Casino Royal. The description is more or less similar to this. So I'm sorry for the dumb question - do you have a similar issue also in Slots Villa Casino? This thread is not about the "VIP".

Personally - I'd say you've been more than patient! Submitting the complaint is a reasonable step.

Yes I have a very similar complaint/situation with SlotsVilla as well. Their replies in live support and emails are almost identical at times while giving you the run around.


I've actually been waiting longer for Slotsvilla to send my withdrawal.

And I believe I've already submitted a second complaint for slotsvilla as well


Update: I did not submit a complaint as I thought, instead the complaint was sent here in the discussion. I will submit a complaint on the appropriate thread right way.


I was also able to contact them yesterday evening through live support, it was almost the same type of run around with a few exceptions. One being that I would be contacted within twelve hours and the second being customer support agent stating he will make sure my issue is sorted.

I wasn't able to find any information about the VIP Casino Royal so it's actually possible they might be related to the Slots Villa Casino. They were both established in 2020, they don't have a license...it's hard to say where the truth is. They may only use the same customer support service. How did you find these casinos? Was it the same website?

My apologies for late response and to answer your question both casinos are listed on specific "no deposit bonus" websites. They both had decent ratings at the time which may have changed within the last few months I'm not sure. It was so long ago I have forgotten which website I utilized to redeem bonuses
