If you played Slot Rush, then you play in a casino called Slot Rush. If Slot Rush referred you to CasinoGuru, then maybe they thought you should submit a complaint here. Anyway, if you win 500 in Slot Rush, then Slot Rush is the casino that you pay you the winnings.

I clicked on the "Help" button inside the game and followed the instructions on how to submit a complaint. I never spoke with a live Support Agent because the instructions under the "Help" tab instructs all gamers to contact Casino Guru with their concerns.

If you have Slots Rush contact information, will you please send it?

Could you please forward me a link to the game where you clicked on the Help button? I'd like to take a look at it. We're not related to Slots Rush casino at all so the whole situation sounds really weird to me.
