If you want to discuss anything related to Slots.inc Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Very unethical casino.
If you win they will create new terms not to payout.
They will always work behind the scenes to make you fall into a trap not to pay.
I have 385000 usd confiscated amount after they have created an unfair term after my win not to pay me.
They confirmed my win they know its a fair win and after the win 75 days they came up with a new term which is called max win not to pay me.
In addition they have no responsible gambling tools and do not abide.
In addition they keep decreasing max withdrawal limits.
Honest advice Stay away.
Hi, do you mean something like this? We also have it in our review that the casino has an unfair limit based on deposits. Did the casino confiscate everything or leave you some money? What other rules did they make up or tell you why you won't get your money? They don't want to pay you anything?
Hello jaro,
Infact yes it was added in the review because it happened to me.
I made a win in august for a 105k usd and they have confirmed the win infact gave me a instalment schedule and asked me to reduce monthly limits. With a good heart i accepted but was a trap.
I then accumalted my balanace to 435000 usd. After 75 days of my confirmed win they decided to confiscate 385000 and paid me 50k usd in 75 days baby small payment even much lower than the max withdrawal.
Infact they came up with this rule just to only confiscate my wins.
I think they dont have fund to pay fairly big wins.
Well, I think we had this warning on the site, but that's probably not the most important thing at the moment.
The most important thing is how it will continue and whether we can reach an agreement with the casino. Adam is definitely trying to do as much as possible to get your winnings. But I don't know how it will turn out, so we'll see what the casino tells him.
I just wanted to say how disappointed I am in what's going on here with Shihada's big win. I played here for months and really appreciated their "no rules" cashback and friendly customer service. It wasn't until I saw the recent warning about the unfair rules and read the complaint that I knew the terms and conditions had arbitrarily been change recently. I generally take a good look at the terms before I play at a new casino and none of the limitations in question were in place when I joined. I don't have screenshots ect. but I can tell you that I was a VIP and received weekly benefits, but closed my account because of what I see happening here and told them so when I closed my account. I told them it's a gambler's worst nightmare to hit a big win only to have a casino find, or create, ways to not pay. To suddenly see such dramatic changes in the terms without notice was shocking, disappointing, and I feel very badly for Shihada. I hope the casino takes a step back and does the right thing.
Let's see, his complaint is still pending and Adam is trying to do everything he can to make the case fair. I also hope that it will be so and we will be able to help. It's not every day that a player wins such a sum, and if he won it fairly without cheating, I see no reason for the non-payment.
I'm watching it myself and hopefully it will have a good ending. 🙂
Wow @tamala thanks for the great support.
I guess us gamblers know this feelinf when we hit a big won. Doesnt happen everyday and untill we spend so much money and then bam we get scammed.
I not onlt read the terms but read every single word on the websits but ya nothing about max win except after my big win.
Not only that but they actualy actualy confirmed my win in writing and then75 days later refused it after they made up this weirdo term.
I got Scammed what shall i say.

Wow wow, this only shows that they are broke i cant imagine i fell in that trap.
it was 30k a month then 15k a month and now its 6k a month.
i guess there terms are conditions are edited weekly.
Its a casino that wants to take only and edits terms not to pay and make excuses.
They actualy have no license i dont know how they still operate.
I hope players find more safe places to play.
