STAY WELL AWAY FROM SLOTSCHARM!!!..

I'm still trying to get winnings from them, it's been over 1year but I won't give up.. SlotsCharm alleged to have issued fund's but didn't. They committed Fraudulent Actions by using transaction code's for the 1st payment of €3.706 plus failed to reissue the fund's to 3 invalid card's which the payments would've been returned to SlotsCharm, so they decided to keep it, nice of them.. All emails are ignored but Court Action is being processed against SlotsCharm

I can see you're still pursuing the same case, and after more than a year I can understand why you're determined not to let it go.

Your complaint with us was unfortunately closed as unresolved after Slots Charm failed to properly cooperate with our complaint team. We tried to get the casino involved and asked for the relevant evidence, but without their cooperation there was only so far our mediation could go.

I also wouldn't want to describe the payment handling as fraud as an established fact from the forum alone, but the missing €3,706 payment, the disputed transaction references and the payments allegedly sent to invalid cards were all part of the concerns raised in your complaint.

Since you say court action is now being pursued, I wish you luck with that. 🍀

What I can say is that keeping all of the bank records, transaction references and the full email history together is certainly important.
